What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

Our minimum opening order is $250. Reorders have a minimum of $150. Specific product categories may have their own MOQ — details are provided upon account approval.

What payment methods are accepted for wholesale orders?

We accept major credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, and net terms (Net 15/30) for approved accounts. Payment terms are established during the onboarding process.

Do you offer drop shipping for wholesale partners?

How do I cleanse my crystals?

There are several effective methods for cleansing your crystals. Choose the one that resonates most with your practice:

  • Moonlight: Place crystals under the full moon overnight to cleanse and recharge.
  • Smoke/Smudging: Pass crystals through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or incense.
  • Sound: Use singing bowls, bells, or tuning forks to clear stagnant energy.
  • Selenite or Clear Quartz: Place crystals on or near a selenite slab or clear quartz cluster to cleanse passively.
  • Sunlight: Brief exposure to morning sunlight works well for many stones — see cautions below.
  • Running water: Hold water-safe crystals under cool running water for 30–60 seconds.

Which crystals should NOT be placed in water?

Many crystals are water-sensitive and can dissolve, rust, or become damaged. Avoid submerging the following in water:

  • Selenite & Satin Spar
  • Malachite
  • Pyrite & Marcasite
  • Lepidolite
  • Angelite
  • Halite (Salt crystals)
  • Calcite varieties
  • Fluorite (prolonged exposure)

When in doubt, opt for a dry cleansing method such as smoke, sound, or selenite.

Which crystals should NOT be placed in sunlight?

Some crystals fade or become brittle with prolonged sun exposure. Limit direct sunlight for:

  • Citrine (natural)
  • Aquamarine

  • Opal

How do I charge or program my crystals?

After cleansing, hold your crystal in both hands, close your eyes, and set a clear intention. Visualize your desired outcome flowing into the stone. You can also place crystals on a selenite charging plate, in moonlight, or on a crystal grid to amplify their energy.

How should I store my crystals?

Store crystals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use soft pouches, wooden boxes, or dedicated crystal trays to prevent scratching. Keep harder stones (like quartz) separate from softer ones (like selenite or calcite) to avoid damage.

Why do crystals vary in appearance from product photos?

Crystals are natural formations — no two are exactly alike. Color, size, inclusions, and surface texture will vary from piece to piece. This is a feature, not a flaw. Each crystal is a one-of-a-kind creation of the Earth, carrying its own energy signature.
